What models are available for Industry?
For the smaller pipes up to 16" the following models are used: SE4, SE8, LE12 and LE16. For pipes with a diameter larger than 16" the following models are available: HIME24, HIME40, HIME80 and HIME120. In addition the following models are used where the TDS and hardness levels are moderate: IE2, IE4 and IE8.
Where can I apply the Industrial series?
Some examples: Large hotels, municipal swimming pools, paper factories, metal factories, food Industry, chemical factories.
Can I use a domestic or commercial unit for an Industrial application?
Yes you can and you may have some results. However your Warranty and Performance Guarantee are void.
In my hotel I want to use an Industrial Scalewatcher to protect my cooling tower and chiller. What can I expect?
You can expect that you will have less complaints from your guests about the air conditioning. Also you will save in water (at least 50 %) and energy. Not to forget that you will have less maintenance.
What's the task of a Scalewatcher unit in a chemical treated water system which is already treated and the process does not allow to stop this chemical treatment?
Chemicals do not work always for 100 %. The synergistic effect of che-micals and Scalewatcher may increase this percentage. An example is super steam water tube steam boilers. No way that chemicals or other water treatment systems can be stopped. Nevertheless scale problems can be present. In this case Scalewatcher should be installed in addition to the present treatment.
